This system will provide each vendor with a uniform bid format for each project’s scope of work, a timely bid deadline and unbiased post-bidding results, streamlining the process and ensuring equal opportunity for vendors and an ”apples to apples” comparison for our customers.

In order to become a qualified Howes Property Management vendor you must first register. You will be required to provide specific details about your company, including items such as insurance coverage and tax ID number. Make sure you have the appropriate information handy to complete your registration.
